It’s the BRESiege mod pack. Custom pack basically put together for these weekly pvp events :) Plenty of clans out there if you want to join! I personally play for KoH (guys in the blue shields). Link in the description if you’d like to join us :)

It's a Bannerlord Bug where the scores are allocated to the wrong team when spectating. In my other videos, I usually superimpose the correct badges over the top :) Must have forgotten to do it in this one! Good spot.
