Do you know how much % it is countered by? Is it 9% like archer -> cav, archer -> inf, and cav -> inf?

It's 5% extra dmg to them and 5% debuff

武器 頭 褲 騎兵衣服這三(騎兵四)部位都四覺會有總計6 - 7.5(騎兵9)的全傷,這提升還是非常可觀的

Huo/YSG perform more better that Huo/William for sure ?

Yes I tried. Without artifact nearly equal, with artifact way better

But all other marches perform worse without william. I love this commander, lets my armies gain rage while running away, gives defence, shuts down bonus to skil damage, reduces march speed... has instant proc damage, he is just amazing
