Why do you choose otta with coins? I think eye is better than otta. I have one star dracoula, however most of guys in our server uses helix. Because it is easy to improve (with guild coins, seal battle character shards, event treasure coin etc) Also, he is best option for pvp. I recommend that demond eye or demond blood after that buy random rare character shard for helix
