It feels double, after checking, in Europe (where i live) the purchase can't be undone. As for America and other country's, it might be legal but in Europe, if the purchase has already happened, it is in fact illegal to take back and refund in some other way. I also sent a mail to the team hoping for a response. After reading their own policy, they made it clear as day that refunds are not possible for players, so i think they just have to follow their own rules and let the people who purchased the gems keep them. It's non refundable so they are litteraly not losing any money over it...

@@leooo05 fair enough, just stating that in the EU, once a purchase has been made, the supplier cant go back on it. For example: a store accidentally prices a 100 euro keyboard for 1 euro, after i have paid and ordered it, they are by law obligated to send me the keyboard in exchange for the 1 euro i payed. It is their mistake, not mine

At first i was so excited about getting all the new gear and stuff but then i realized it didn't affect my progress that much, we're talking about 400k gems which is nuts. Also i refunded the 1 dollar offer since thats not what i paid for. This game is just not worth it.

In addition to this situation, since yesterdays update my game keeps crashing during rounds. Especially rounds with many mobs spawning. Played backpack battles and the game crashed in round 17. When i restarted the game the progress wasn't saved but one attempt of the backpack battle was gone. Game really sucks right now...

I do agree to an extent the developer's goal is to make money. I do not agree that they don't care about the game ; whether they "care" about us as players is to make money. That's capitalism in America. Chic Fil A is our selling chicken, that's how they make money. Archero is a free to play game - WE choose to spend money to gain extras. We can also just not play it and find something else. At the end of the day, this is their job

Hey bro, i suggest you change the structure of your videos: Different music sometimes, different text format as the white, black and yellow is ugly and hard to read/look at - make it simple like just white, and maybe have some gameplay in the background of your video! i watch you all the time i genuinely think this would improve the quality of your content etc

@ARCHEROPLAYY well, i've played mobile games for a long time, and i've had instances where a game posted something wrong on their shop and this is the first time ever a developer has taken away the things posted IN THEIR OWN SHOP. And mind you, i play a BANDAI NAMCO game that had this happen before, and even they didn't remove the items or currency. And we are talking about BANDAI NAMCO, one of the greediest game companies out there. So this is deffinitely a new low for a game. And hence i am done with it
