Could you please show us the whole settings as when I am doing it, my render is just a white square on a black background?

this is the kind of rendering I am trying to achieve but my renderings always come out not so white. Even if I set the same values as yours. I am using Archicad 24. Any idea what it can be?

Why the ground is black? Shouldn't be white?! Is that automatic or you tweaked something?
