Hi Robert, how do you change pen colours on your layouts, i can only get a red pen when i put it on my layouts

the colour wheel is a mac thing, as is the crayons. So if you are using a PC you won't get it. However you can create your own pen sets using any colours imaginable. The best way to create specific colours is to use the RGB or CMYK numbers. Good luck :)
