That's bcuz you never bought the 45 rpm record. Wow... how many youngsters even know what that means . I think that putting side 2 on the other half of 45 rpm was first done on a Ray Charles song . A good idea and thats how it was done, yu kno, "back in the day "

🤔Wasn't there a pt.2 on the vinyl 45 record? I used to dig on this as a kid also. Back then, my parents had their secret "Party Records", that us kids couldn't listen to. Lemme see if you can relate. Back in the 60's, my parents had what they would call Group Up Records. Stuff that wasn't for kids Back then, like Redd Foxxe, Pigment Markham, and so on and so forth. She made sure that I understood what she was saying, my mama would say, " if you want to play music, play Those Records! DON'T TOUCH "THOSE RECORDS! THEY ARE NOT FOR CHILDREN!" And her favorite thing to say was, "I'll know if y'all touched them because I SET A TRAP!!" That was mama's favorite thang to say. But us kids ,we played them anyways.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Good Times. Thanks for letting me share!

Wow. The song still works so well even in 2022. The guitar hook is irresistible. The call/response of the singer with the instruments feels so spontaneous and inspired.
