Alps Villa has a surprising relationship with the context. Built in Brescia, at the foot of a mountain in Lumezzane, it maximizes the view of the valley and at the same time integrates perfectly with the surrounding landscape.
The architecture of the house had to favor natural light in every room. Thanks to a C shape, it seems to be anchored in the mountain, creating a very elegant and welcoming patio in the centre.
Every room in the house overlooks it, guaranteeing privacy but above all favoring the view of the surrounding nature.
The minimal and elegant interiors aim to break down all barriers and create large and interconnected spaces. Using warm and welcoming colours, the interior design features a pure form and modern furnishings. The double height characterizes the living and dining area, to then create a mezzanine, above the kitchen, with a skylight for moments of relaxation and to admire the view.
On the ceiling of the house there is a line of artificial light that runs along the perimeter of the whole house and can be adjusted to different intensities which allows for a diffused and very well controlled light.
The house was designed to have the ability to be projected outwards, by breaking down the walls and to feel in the surrounding landscape.
