reads like an absurdist dialogue; for 6 minutes he says so much without actually saying anything. the avante garde architectural conversation has been filled with platitudes and hubris for decades now. constantly talking about how their work can improve social dianamics, politics, and the environment. it has only done so for wealthy investors and corporations. they even make specific promises of having affordable dwellings as a guarantee in large structures which never happen (VIA 57 West as an example).
