I know this just makes even more sad but what if: Kachan was trying to kill a villian, but accidentally hit deku, then Kachan realised what he'd done (thinking that he killed deku). The villain then hits Kachan while he's distracted. His body slams into a Boulder. While on the brink of death, and coughs out, "I-It Was my... fault. I k-killed him. I... I'm sorry Deku. I'm so sorry. For e-everything." and then closes his. His heart stops, and he's dead. Sirens can be heard from a distance. The villian fleas from the area. Then an ambulance appears at the scene. Docters come rushing out of the ambulance. A cop yells "Hey! There's two kids here! One with spiky blond hair, the other with green hair and freckles!" and ushers a docter to come over. The docter checks the pulse of the blonde one. "No pulse. The blond one's dead!" "And the other one?!" Another docetr shouts. "Slow pulse, but still alive!" soon, all might arrives. "Are they alive!?!?" "The green haired one, yes. But in bad condition. The blonde one... No."
