मैं 2013 से 2022 जनवरी तक रोजगारी केलिए काठमाडौं नेपाल में रहने चला गया था। इसी बिच हमारा विपक्षी मधुबनी जिला कोर्ट(बिहार) मे मुकदमा कर डिक्री 2021 जनवरी मे ले चुका है। यह बात हमारे पडोसी तक को मालुम नही हो सका। कोई नोटिस का जानकारी भी हमे नही हो सका। अब क्या करें?

Could you reply please. A is defendant B is a plaintiff. B filed a suit against A for the recovery of 1 crore. summon was served on A. A came to the court only once through his Special Attorney Bcoz A himself was in foreign. A attorney came. B assured him that I am going to close the case against A so you dont need to come to court for A as attorney. A's Attorney was simpleton agreed with B and did not come to the court. The court passed an Ex-Partee decree in favour of B against A. After 14 months A came to know that B has deceived me submitted his application but was dismissed that your attorney had once come to the court after the summon was issued so the ex-Partee order is OK. Could you help how to make the court accept my application against B ex-Partee decree. Any precedent PLEASee From Swat Pakistan
