Can you help I , I don't have a blend value setting option after I save NGC file, is there another location to select this setting in sheetcam?

Why would you want your holes set to outside offset and not an inside offset for correct sizing due to kerf?

If the drawing is done correctly sheet cam with automatically change the interior holes to inside cutting. If your holes and outside shape are on different layers then you have to select the interior parts and select the inside cutting.
