I just today installed my Desktop Arc GIS and when I go to add data, the airbase map and online option are inactive. Is it something with the licence problem or installation or something else? Thank you.

Hi, i have a question regarding to mxd file: Assuming i have multiple mxd (projects) can i get rid of arcmap starting window displaying multiple mxd file project, i wish the starting window always in blank mode like in your video I'm a mapinfo user and kind of new to arcmap.
