Thanks to the usb-c I connected my $20 amazon Powobest solar power bank to it, run it on high and enjoy cooling in my van in Phoenix at 105-110° with my engine off. I love it!!!

Mine leaked on my table. I removed the rubber around the jets and cleaned the build up behind them. I had to make sure I tightened the screws to stop the leak. I started using distilled water in it.

Don't look now but they changed the filter design again, the vertical sponges are now gone and replaced with a weird grid

I would think by removing the small cover you can put ice cubes in there. My issus with the first version is the mister not working and I used a toothbrush to brush the coil inside the fan case to get it to mist again. I use mine next to bed because it's close to me and does not work farther away. Also found out to turn the light off completly just hold doqwn the light button and it will turn it off. I live south of Vegas and temps are in the 110's but dry heat Had to contact customer service and they really help you.

The cartridge end that has wicking material that's loose media is what goes into tray the media material wicks up the water in tray if you put carteidge in upside down yes you will have leaking water.

THE MISTING CAUSES THE SO-CALLED LEAK DUE TO RUNNING THE MISTING PART FOR A LONG PERIOD BUT MINE ARE WORKING GREAT AND HELPS SAVE ON THE ELECTRIC BILL

Dang! Might need to be cleaned depending on the hardness of your water. I'll put a link to the video I made on cleaning in the description. Just know that on this one, the ultrasonic transducers are facing the front of the unit. Let us know how it goes!

Try Vinegar then with out the filter q tip swab the misters in a circular direction to the black plastic, but gently..

My window a/c isn't enough to cool my bedroom, but this is enough to make me comfortable on my night stand. Same in my car. The a/c doesn't cool the back seat, but seting this on the console makes it comfortable for passengers on the back seat. If you're expecting it to replace an a/c, you'll be disappointed

My father lives in Puerto Rico and he cannot sleep because it's very hot, and I was thinking about buying him one of these coolers. Should I just buy the Arctic Air Pure Chill 1.0 or should I buy another brand, or what's the best one you've seen so far?

This unit only has one fan. If it is not spinning when turned on, then something isn't working right. Perhaps try it with another known good power supply or battery bank that can handle 5V @ 2A minimum.

I have had this and issue with two units, the back fan doesn't turn on. I returned the first one thinking this was a defect, and sure enough it's got the same issue on the second one.

Oh! That's no good! Have you tried cleaning it with white distilled vinegar in the tank, letting it sit for a while, and then gently brushing with a soft brush (like a toothbrush)? Thanks for watching!

just get some ice in a ice chest with a fan in it on hight and a tube like a turbo motion and it with do far times50x better job under 10 bucks and no filter to change or clean and crapie c cord for power doomed to fail by water corrostion or just useimg it... once put it dount take off or you be up the rigging creek for power... water corrostion is fast occuring.... and so thin copper bakeing soda scrub will tear it off
