better than a drill directly on the valve I followed a trick from another channel where you use a short piece of rubber hose (windshield washer hose, gas line hose, etc.) and fit it over the valve and onto a shank for the drill. Gives you some flexibility while still doing a great job to turn the valve and seat it into the valve seat.

Discovered coolant in my oil so I parked it.
