Over in my area when we ride sleds we can here that sound for miles away when we’re out in a quiet field in the middle of the night taking a break an bulkshitting . We can here other people miles away ripping there sleds in midnight hours at nite and it’s a sound that you can’t forget lol it’s deff cool to listen too

I had a 2005 F7 with a sno stuff can. 98 decibels at an idle! It gave me insane headaches. Lost top end power. Put the factory suitcase back on. Headaches gone, top end back to over 100mph.

Because loud pipes on public trails get trails closed then we all get to sit on our back yards and do nothing or just drive in circles. Hey I get it. I waved the freedom flag too, then I watched it happen. I’m restoring a 50 year old muscle sled and I’ll put a proper set of pipes on it. But they’ll be silenced. You can do anything on private land. All good. Just please keep the super loud pipes off the public trails is all we are saying. Because the non sledding public outnumbers us and is first to dial their congressman.

Exactly. The higher the db, the lower the iq. We already lost trails because the landowners were tired of asshats with noisemakers. They should make a set of earbuds that plays a loop of a chainsaw at 150db for kids that like "the sound".
