THANK YOU FOR THIS!! I've got Blue Jean Baby sitting on my shelf for half a year now as I bought it for my sister but it turned out greener than I hoped it would, so I was scared to use it again on hers or my hair, but now I'm more confident as I got more of an idea on what it'll look like :D The idea with comparing diluters is also such a good idea, I'm excited to see it!

tone ur hair before using any kind of blue!!! any yellow tones in ur hair are gonna mess with the blue and go green

Okay soo where were you when I needed this💁🏻I dyed my hair this exact same color and my level is between 6&7 and Guess what👀 My hair is Green like sea green some parts were "blue" Unless you got good bleached hair I wouldn't recommend this color for you other wise😭

@@KronksLever its probably light enough but you still won't get the true color without bleaching because your cuticle is healthy and closed, semi permanent color needs something to grab onto to be vibrant and stick. Bleaching your hair will open the cuticle for it to stick properly. Hope this helps and I wasnt too late 😊

i mixed blue jean baby with poseidon and its literally the prettiest colour ever! it wont show up on darker hair, even dark blonde, most blues dont take to dark or even medium hair. blue works best on palest yellows. i toned pale yellow (inside of a banana peel sort of) with wella t10 and these dyes worked beautifully :)

I self dye my hair a lot and something about Arctic Fox goes on patchy for some reason. It doesn't matter if i chose to dilute it or not. Which is kinda weird since I've used a couple different companies out there. My personal favorite company is sparks since it's super vibrant and long lasting. Idk if anyone else has experienced what i have.

yeah same, its either patchy or the color was completely off. I used purple rain on my bangs and got a hot pink color (almost like lava girl), and electric paradise and got a faded looking orange on parts of my hair and bubblegum pink on others

This was very helpful. My brother wants to dye his hair blue, and we have very dark hair, so I've trying to figure out if I can do that without lifting his hair or how much I would have to lift it to get blue to show.
