Incredible. I'm hoping this will unstick the virtually unconscious emotional blocks of feeling unsupported. This is perfect timing as I am in the depths of that diving into that energy to release and transform it. It's been peeling off in layers. 3 days ago, I had a vision of myself at 9 years old, almost cartoon like, very similar to your image here. I was cold. Wet and alone....this meditation helped me visualize the Archangels heating the space, drying out the dampness and bringing in soft earth vegetation to sit on, my adult and little self floated off to the healing chamber and cleared away a lot of muck from our lower chakras.

I have been in a deeply and restrictive health situation this year and became very depleted due to current life challenges. I've always been drawn to Arcturaian energy and I must say this transported me right out of my own physical misery and brought me deep release and facilitated a shift into a space that feels blissful and serene. I was swept away from all the dense and intense suffering many of our brothers and sisters here on earth are unable to find escape from,and that frequency takes a toll on those who feel it collectively. While the ongoing ascension process helps us understand and empathize because we are All connected, it still takes a toll on our minds and bodies at times. Deep gratitude and thanks to Steve for this particular journey. I came away with a visualization of 2 spirals of blue light in the center of the palms of my hands. It activated those Chakra points and I will use them for self healing in honor of the Arcturuians guidance.💙🙏

If you fall asleep during a meditation or hypnosis it’s your body’s way of knocking you out so it can process the trauma at a deeper level, or the trauma is deeper (unknown trauma) or impacted on you more than you realised (known trauma). My spiritual mentor taught me this years ago and I stopped blaming myself for not being able to stay awake. Long story short, the next time you repeat it the physical impact should lessen. One of Steve’s meditations took me SIX rounds of listening to it in order to be able to stay awake 🥱 In hindsight, it makes sense…now. But, at the time, I didn’t realise how bad the traumatic event was. Sending love, light and healing 💫 S 💝

I have been clearing 7 generstions of trauma in the last 7 years & have experienced quite a lot of trauma during this time including being physically poisoned & surviving sepsis twice & surviving a serious car accident. Did this once and felt the urge to do it again immediately. I didn’t listen and instead went to the store to get stuff for dinner. At the store I began to not be able to see out of my left eye and came home to do the meditation immediately. Almost instantly fell asleep and woke up at the end.
