This is so fitting, too. Ardbert’s not just the WoL’s friend, he’s also a part of himself. They’re both part of Azem. Absolutely wonderful, and emotionally great. Also, the animation’s a 10/10, wish we could get even more of it all. Also, the “If you need a push, I’ll be right there behind you.” is an excellent touch!

the ending tugged HARD on my heart strings, but the sequences of meteor slowly breaking down into tears are so human. like the lil double takes as he tries to process his feelings, having to grit his teeth and just shut his eyes to try not to completely melt. and also the bit where he stumbles around just to hit the floor, i stg i did that too, and i looked just as funny

Ngl, I honestly prefer the idea that the voice was from G’raha’s perspective. With the way that the entire environment of Ultima Thule is shaped by the Scions, and how the music is part of the environment, and how when G’raha gives himself over to Dynamis the vocals are added to the song. *All that said,* damn it your animation is still so freaking good, giving you the thumbs up you deserve.
