⭐️ SAMOSAS -MAKES 6 small - USE FOR EITHER SAVORY OR SWEET FILLINGS
1/2 cup flour
dash salt (was not enough, next time I would use 1/2 tsp)
1 1/2 tbs oil
1 1/2 tbs water
First mix together flour and salt, then add oil and blend with your fingers until it's all clumpy like in video. Then add water, being careful not to over handle the dough. Then let rest for 30 minutes. I covered mine with a wet towel. Then roll out and form into shape.
Fill with mixture and fry until crispy. I made a strawberry sauce to dip my samosas in, but lots of people eat them plain.

BREAKFASTS - 4
1 PANCAKES (3) with sweetened Granny Smith apples
1 PANCAKES with COCOA CINNAMON SUGAR seasoning with sweetened Granny Smith apples
1 toast with scrambled egg with Italian Parsley
1 toast croutons with scrambled egg with Italian Parsley
LUNCHES
4 vegetable soups with bread croutons
DINNERS
1/2 Baked potato with lentils and side of carrots
1/2 Baked potato with lentils and side of carrots
Bowl of lentils with bowl of rice and side of carrots (could have made a thick tortilla to go with)
1 chickpea sandwich ( had enough left over for another sandwich)
SNACKS
FRIED PASTA with drizzled chili oil
DESSERTS
was going to be apple empanadas, but I ran out of time 😞
