Arduino Programming with Visual Studio 2015

I use Visual Studio 2019 Community. When it asks for a new project, it shows 3 dropdownlist : Language(such as C++,C#,...) , platform(android, arduino,... and project types(destop,...) I choose : c++, arduino, and desktop but it says 'No exact match found'.

Is it written in C++ or C#? Anyway, With VS Studio what would you do if the hardware you install in Arduino requires Arduino Library?

This is written with C / C++ (same as Arduino IDE). Libabry locations can be set. Arduino can also be programmed with visual studio code, see here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l4Ldi3aAqMlsoLM
