Arduplane 4th flight testing Autopilot

Hi my first flight using Autopilot, first 2.4 minutes of Video has interference,(read first part of Video, you will notice the Autopilot controlling the throttle in an effort to maintain the set height at way points sorry for the poor video Regards Goofa
