The way I understand the fast taps, is it doesn't do anything! The way the algorithm is set up, when the button is pushed, you get the same results whether you fast tap or normal press.

I think, usually, advantage play is the way to go. But I sometimes wonder if they make it harder to get the trigger. Meaning the higher that line goes up in Ascension, the harder it is to get that final arrow. But I'd be hard pressed to play any bet level on Ascension if it wasn't at least a little bigger. But I also wonder if the slot designers adjust the symbols to accommodate your chances of getting a line hit. Otherwise, the savvy gambler would not play that game without it offering an advantage. Generally, I think most games like that seem to be a trap, and you wind up sinking more money in it than you should. I also think that IGT game isn't very fun. Too many dead spins and mediocre line hits.... I don't think I'd play either of those games.
