Very important things to reduce cost of living in chennai, 1. Elders stay back in India while youngsters go abroad to earn. Similarly instead of increasing the load on this city, youngsters with imm family can stay earn and retire back to native where their parents live... 2. Flats will leave city greener 3. Public transport 4.Public schools 5. Public hospitals 6. Hygienic and healthy food, clothing 7. Like bangalore waste mgmt needs to be easily adopted.. 8. Rain water harvesting

The guy has an amazing thought process.. Govt can only bring in policies but it's the ppl who can follow, once we reduce a lot of places where the govt spends, taxes decrease and so does inflation..
