I have so much appreciation for your transparency. We are not alone. I have been through various medications and dosages. Also, in consistent regular therapy. I have also done TMS. I have been in and out of remission. The effort to be ok is … a lot. Just a lot. I also appreciate how you presented the mental illness/health disparity-the barriers and conditions to access help. I am interested in micro-dosing with shrooms and seeing that become available for more people. It seems to be productive with 23:21 healthful effects. None of us deserve this and I’m rooting for all of us to be ok and healthy.

Considering therapy is still stigmatic, I'd argue that we aren't using therapy enough.

The people that truely need therapy don't get it and people that don't need therapy are using it too much.

Well to say ppl don't need it doesn't seem like a good thing to throw out there. I agree it's not available enough especially money and time wise. But that's not at the fault of those who go to therapy

There's soo much medication! We are the only county (US) that allows pharma commercials and we have the highest rates of abuse as well! It should be the last resort, not the first IMHO

Too much therapy? Have you seen the men in this country?

Or anyone. There are simple but over used statements like "I need to train him" or like Kevin talked about the relationship where the girl was very insensitive to his feelings. Just the statements implications are damaging and far more typical for females to say.
