Ashley Tisdale is weighing on where things stand between her and Vanessa Hudgens. When the Disney Channel alum stopped by "Watch What Happens Live" this week, host Andy Cohen relayed a much-asked question from viewers, who were curious about the status of her and Vanessa's friendship. While the two were tight for years, they haven't been seen together in some time, leading some to wonder if there was a rift between them. Ashley told Andy that it's been a while since she and Vanessa have seen each other and attributed it to their busy lives. “I haven't seen her in a long time. You know, like, I think we're just obviously, she's working, I'm working. I have a daughter, so she's a full-time job,” she explained.

Ashely was very polite and respectful in her statement. Sometimes, people just grow apart! That I do know. Or they can still be friends but have busy lives with their marriage, child, and work. But people do grow apart. Not everyone has a lifetime pal or stays friends for decades on. People come and go. That's the sad reality of life! Some people are their for seasons. Some are there for the drive, and some will end up being your ride and die! Apparently, this friendship was just for the drive, unfortunately.

I so agree. I kinda learned that when one finishes middle school and then high school. Like you think your best friends in middle school will stay your friends forever but after you graduate you never see or speak to each other again, same with high school, same with college. Those people you spent time with were only there for the season(that period/chapter in your life) and then they’re no longer there. I find it sad but it’s part of life.

There is always a way to still be friends and make time for each other so that’s just bullshit. Ashley has been jealous of Vanessa for quite some time. After the breakup with zac she would be all bestie with zac and then same with Austin. Vanessa fell in love and met a man outside their mutual friendship circle and she is happy now.
