I do notice alot of biracial do use their "other side " and Black only when it's convenient overall it's messed up i think at the end of the day they should acknowledge both sides 💯

Saying mixed race people aren’t black. It’s crazy. Don’t claim any of the stuff we do, ever.

As a biracial american (technically triracial if u count the tiny bit of latino on my birth moms side) Yes we are totally confused, but usually not like i am where im prejudiced towards white ppl but do not play both sides which is partly subconsciously why associate mainly w blk ppl bc the being biracial/triracial was caused by the trail of tears. So instead of choosing native or white, i just choose the most neutral party possible, n nowadays i just identify as 'ghetto' racially

My theory is this, with the Race Politics & the profanes idiotic belief in a colorism. It leaves the children confused and, depending on the severity, makes biracial person pick a side. When you don’t know your TRUE ancestry it leaves a hole, a sense of emptiness for the person. Mixed or not. That Abby girl that’s “Quarter Black” is a “Quadroon” we used to have racial classification for them but ig Whites got rid of it for whatever reasons
