Agreed and they are the only ones who didn’t like birthday bourbon this year. Everyone else said it was awesome. SLB said they would prolly take 2024 birthday bourbon over Russell’s 15, but I’d would be close

@@bourbonkingdomabsolutely. And I know everyone has a different pallet. I’ve had stuff I hated that everyone around me loved 2022 four roses LE for example. I opened it had a few pours from it over a period of a month. And still hated it so much, I traded it to a buddy for a stagg jr batch 15 that was t opened… I just can’t do most of the four roses LE’s. Not my jam at all. Their single barrel barrel strengths and small batch selects are where it’s at with them. IMO

I have to disagree with you guys on the Bardstown Silveroak. It is way to much of a Cabernet flavor for me. I went to the Distillery to buy it after the review you guys gave it looking forward to the oak flavor. But after getting a pour at the tasting bar I gave it a hard pass.

They said it was amazing and drank like an LE should drink…. And I agreed… everyone said this year’s birthday bourbon was amazing. Except them…SLB said they would prolly pick it over Russell’s 15. It would Be close, but also agree… These guy may be a little spoiled on all kings of Kentucky’s and presidents choice and all the other crazy over the top stuff they seem to get literally every month. 🤷‍♂️…. But I completely agree with ya brother…. Not hating, I love this channel. Just making an observation.
