Ok I now see what your talking about during the after shooting report... It is most likely the flash hider being offset by the threads, as this same problem occurs on aegs as well. You really have to look to notice it on some but others are more noticeable... Can be fixed with an oring between muzzle device of choice and barrel

I have seen videos of this thing shooting 80 meters and hitting with ease. No ssg10 out of the box will shoot circles around a gun hitting 80m. I have a highly upgraded ssg10a3 that will hit a legitimate 80m as verified with a laser rangefinder. Most people vastly overestimate the range their gun will shoot because they aren't very good as guessing range lol

I'm trying to wrap my head around the fact that you push the bolt forward to ready another shot instead of pulling it back like a traditional bolt action. I'm definitely interested in getting this whenever I'm financially stable to.

I like the look but I’ve got the double eagle m66 sniper and it’s medium in weight and can shoot perfectly at any long distances

It's an electromagnetic trigger

Its similar to a trigger in a HPA build. Its electronic. Its not spring powered like standard bolt actions. I'm guessing it needs that kind of trigger since the firing action is far away from the trigger itself due to it being a bulpup.

@@blakeoveracker5822 Skirmish day today so I'm going to test the SPR and Tomahawk out side to side, both have been shooting very much like my Steyr Scout so far so it definitely is competitive out of the box. Note I did put in a m170 spring

@@blakeoveracker5822 Not really, the only issue I've had is the magazine that come with the rifle has a weak spring for mag release. Otherwise absolutely no issues

Barrel misalignment. look at that. 8:53. the barrel is totally about 10-15 degrees below level. no wonder your shots are low!

I spoke to one of the retailers close to me about it Wednesday. They mentioned they couldn't get it shooting as consistently as Storm promised nor that the rifle could get to the joule output that was promised by Storm. 3J cylinder never got over 2.7j even with 0.5g bbs for an example. I really, really want to shoot it too because it genuinely is half the weight or less than any of my other snipers (Modify Scout, ICS Tomahawk, SPR300) even in the deluxe version.

Where can people play with a 3j rifle? All fields I play on limit joules to 2.8.

why are u testing FPS on a .2 with a sniper 100% pointless and meaningless use a .04 and 0.5 and then the results will mean something to people how want to buy it as thats the rough weight of the round people will be using as testing with a .2 could mean its massively over joule limit or massively under depending on the air volume

Is it just me or is it not just common sense to use your right hand to operate the bolt regardless of which shoulder a sniper replica is on? It just becomes using your support hand instead of trigger hand 🤦🏼‍♂️ an ambidextrous bolt is for crayon eaters who think you need to swap hands or “reach over” (WHAT?) as you mentioned 🤣

Also, electronic/battery HPA? On a sniper of all things? Give me a god damn break, it’s literally single fire, there should be solenoid or a system similar to a kythera or the wolverine one but activated by a full bolt pull, absolutely nonsensical, more things to go wrong than needed, using a sniper or bolt action or even HPA generally should be not in use of unstable, dangerous, Elon musk so called “better for the environment” thinking-ass, mined lithium batteries 🤦🏼‍♂️ just completely unnecessary.

The only good things are the few things that are VSR compatible, bullpup design so long barrel short replica, and it looks freaking cool, no surprises it’s French in design with the pointless engineering 🤦🏼‍♂️
