It's not just electric cars, the whole concept of our mobility needs to be revised. In cities we definitely need more micromobility like bicycles, scooters, e-bikes, ... More public transportation options would be also great. For example high speed trains between suitable city pairs. Btw if we transform whole transportation sector (including airplanes, cargoships etc - where we still DO NOT have CO2 free optins) we will reduce emissions around 12%...

As per the current situation India would never be able to meet the electricity demand even through renewal energy resources.. Plus electric vehicle would require creating an all together a new infrastructure of charging stations.. which would lead to pollution. this was not factored in the video.. Increase in electricity demand would raise electricity prices and make basic electric necessity out of reach for many people.. When there are better upcoming options like hydrogen.. its a question on government.. on what basis electric cars are promoted

car chahe electric ho ya petrol ho, pollution hoga hi hoga chahe kuch bhi karlo kyoki : * Petrol car co2 release karti hai * Electric cars me jo bijli lagti hai vo mostly coal se aati hai ,aur agar future me electricity renewable sources se banaye tab bhi kuch na kuch pollution hogahi kyoki koi bhi source 100 % pollution free nahi hota. * cars banane me bhi bahut pollution hota hai infact ev manufacturing cause more pollution than normal cars. *more cars means more parking infrastructure more traffic so wider roads will be needed which will result in more pollution. Solutions : *we need to create very nice ev or pollution less public transport infrastructure so that less parking and roads are needed and pollution could be reduced. * we need to stop traveling uselessly *use cycles for short distance etc. *use taxies for traveling Instead of buying personal cars and many more things could be done.

Anuj ji. EV are going to a big thereat because of battery n other non-recyclable reasons. India n world me kafi logo ne pani(water) based vehicle banaye he,but I think itna sasta fuel milega to "economical growth" nahi dikhega n govt n other companies ka earning nahi hoga. So uska production nahi kiya gaya. Ya fir usko indirectly daba diya gaya. Agar vo machines ka promotion ho to ye sab issues kam ho sakte he. Ye environment ko bhi jyada nuksan shayad na kare. Is bare me team se bat karke ese innovation karne valo ko dhundho ge to sahi bat ka pata chal jayega.

How refueling petrol cars has 0 emmissons, why didnt u added the process of refining crude oil to make pertrol, diesel and extracting and refining also takes a lot electricity,why dont we use electricity directly for the car
