Are ents a good money maker in 2024?

Ents are a better money maker than cutting magic logs, but about as AFK. Are they actually worth doing at all, though? In this video I test out ents in the woodcutting guild dungeon where it's completely safe and they're much lower level, and in the wilderness where they supposedly give better loot!

Old contents like this is super nostalgic and really shows the difference between runescape in that era vs today. I do wish such content wouldn't be forgotten especially with the addition of forestry. Why not make ent trunks shared with a new decay rate similar to how they changed normal tree? It would be a cool higher intensity way to train woodcutting while also training a little bit of combat. Maybe they could also and an Ent boss as either a forestry event, or something deeper in the Ent dungeon where after the boss dies, you would get a massive trunk to chop for different rewards such as noted logs, leaves, or maybe even new forestry related items! During DMM, i find myself going into the Brimhaven dungeon quite often for my slayer task, and it always bothered me that you can't use the zombie axe to chop the roots that are in the way. This would be a great opportunity to give players a way to use combat axes for woodcutting or vice versa. First time I find out about your channel, great video btw!
