I won’t go to Game Stop anymore. The lady cancelled my transaction and told me to leave because I told her I wasn’t interested in signing up for their membership like 3 times and she kept talking. Told me I was being rude interrupting her and she’d cancel the sale if I did not allow her to keep trying to sell me a membership. It was the most astonishing customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Don't even get me started on GameStop they screwed me big time and not even for the baseball they screwed me for some basketball packs and it was their fault and they would not reimburse me anything and I didn't even open the pack yet and it was a mishap on their computer system and I told him I would never order anything from them again

I pulled a Colton Cowser Rookie Debut Father's Day Blue out of 50 from a GameStop fat pack. They seem to be the only place near me that actually has Update Series in stock. Then today, I pulled a Golden Mirror out of a blaster from Best Buy. I have pulled a Golden Mirror out of Series 1, Series 2, and Update Series blasters.

I’ve been doing the same thing man. I’ve had a lot of health issues that cost me to lose my job and I’ve been suffering physically and mentally. Card collecting has always been my favorite thing to do especially now. Unfortunately the price has gotten so high on some of this stuff I can’t do as much as I like. I have to stick primarily to retail cards and some occasional singles on eBay but I still love it. I did splurge for a Stryker break once to get a few high end cards. I hope to get in on another some day. Keep your head up man. Hopefully things will turn around for you soon 😊

I went to GameStop and asked for them cause I didn’t see them on the shelf. The guy says we just got some from one of our other stores that closed, opens up a draw behind the register and boom, a whole draw full of fat packs, hangers and boxes. JACKPOT!

I gotta check mine now. My local Gamestop had 2 hangers of Series 2 and 2 mega boxes of Bowman 2024 a couple months ago so I bought them all and they've never put any baseball cards back out. I go back about once a week looking but I've never asked about them. All they ever have on shelves is Pokemon cards but never any good ones.

The 10 I ordered from gamestop had 4 black golds and 4 SMLB Chrome. It was fun, but hangers and blasters at least having guaranteed parallels does make them feel better at times

I picked up the last 6 fat packs and the last 6 boxes at my local Game Stop yesterday. Ended up pulling a Caminero Heavy Lumber and a Judge Paw Patrol out of the fat packs. Ended up pulling a Chourio Memorial Day Camo /25, a Gavin Williams HFA, a Yamamoto Jack O Lantern, and a Merrill green /499 from the boxes.

Update is drying up, though just stopped by my local Neighborhood Walmart who hasn’t carried ‘24 Update yet - and today they had 5 blasters. So my thinking is this: I hit a Golden Mirror from a blaster at Barnes & Noble. It doesn’t make sense to get another blaster there because what are the odds there’ll be another SP/hit? I think my next blaster should come from GameStop or Walmart - both of whom had only 4 and 5 boxes respectively. Would love to know you guys’ thoughts. Methinks Update is gonna dry fairly soon. I went to 2 GameStops and both were out of Fat Packs!

Opened a value box during game 5. Pulled that Bright Horizons card in a ghost parallel and a Yamamoto blue speckle /999. So far I’ve seen a lot of parallels and color come from retail. Can’t complain about the number of dart throws, maybe about some of the players😂

I haven't seen fat packs yet. I got a sealed retail box for $89 from Charm City Cards. Also got a couple more update blasters from Scheels for $25 and A&G blasters, also $25, free shipping. Scheels ships superfast! They don't have update fat packs yet, but they did just add A&G fat packs today for $7. Thanks for the info, Stryker!

My target had Fat Packs and Blasters this week. I'm sticking with Hangers and an order of Fanatics blasters. I like the guaranteed 2 yellows as the floor for hangers. Hopefully the Fanatics blasters will keep the same amount of Aquas.

I opened 8 fat packs from Game stop, some of the corners were damaged, lucky not the hits. I think they get tossed around in their drawer and easily can ding the corners. I pulled a All- Star Relic (event worn) Gold /50 of Freddie Freeman, perfect timing and an 35th 1989 throw back Austin Martin on card auto.

Yes, it's definitely true, they do subcontract out from all over the place. I ordered some fat packs and hangers and I got half my order from Texas and the other half from Washington. And they arrived late on different days. lol

I've opened maybe 2 dozen and the hits seem on par with hangers. Especially if you figure 2 fat packs for 1 hanger price wise. The yellows probably push the hangers slightly ahead.

I still think the hangers are better. Might have to pick up a few fat packs just for fun though. I’m always nervous about buying fat packs because the cards are unprotected and tend to get thrown around in the stores. BTW, I pulled the PP-1 Aaron Judge Paw Patrol from a Jumbo box, so it’s probably not retail exclusive.

We don't have any update in Canada. Fanatics won't even send cases to hobby shops, my local hobby shop normally gets 7 cases of hobby and they got sent 4 boxes. Retail is just nonexistent

Excellent video......................................DODGERS WIN IT 4 - 1 biggest come from behind victory in World Series history and the 1st team to come from behind twice in the same game to close it out. What was your take on the World Series this year? Your opening equaled a Hobby, but will/would everyone who opens that many Fat Packs get the same results? I've seen a few others here on You Tube get luckier and a few that weren't as lucky. I think it's a crap shoot unless you're able to buy the entire box of Fat Packs. Heck here in my neck of the woods I wasn't able to get Topps Chrome this year and I just got home from our only Wally World that sells sports cards, and they had no baseball whatsoever and haven't in over 2 months now well unless you want to buy 2020 and 2021 series 1 & 2. I've traveled around to other Wally Worlds and Targets within my area about a 50+-mile radius and none of those stores had any baseball either. Probably won't get any series update but might if I can get my hands on them some Topps Chrome update.

@@StrykerBreaks you also have to consider, there is a plethora of parallels and autos from other sets of products, and you could easily buy singles of the players you like to collect, sell, trade. Players only get 1 rookie card … and if it’s a gold /2024 that can only be obtained in 2024 update … that’s where my focus is.

Chrome stars of mlb, royal blue, and hr codes are always 1:10 packs across the board. Now this is the first time they changed it. For Update, the chrome odds for hangers and fat packs are 1:6
