gaules did a interview with akkari(furia ceo) some good points brought in are: Furia is looking for a international coach now Guerri will be more involved with other teams in furia( val, r6, free fire etc.) Furia will launch an international academy team Kye most likely a temporary thing, theyre looking for players if getting an international coach fails, Sidde(their analyst) will step up and they'll get international analysts instead(they're really on this international pill) however getting a international 5th is unlikely for communication reasons

I think kye is more of a temporary move so they can restructure the team without withdrawing from the next few tournaments, akkari (CEO of Furia) gave a few interviews today and said Furia is moving to be a more international team and is looking to bring more foreigners into the play (non-brazillians), like a foreigner coach and a pontentially international roster, so kye probably isn't going to be their definitive choice

Furia has said Kye is not the main plan for Art's replacement. He's coming up to the main team now as a placeholder while they find the new coach (they want a high-caliber foreign coach) and that coach will have some input in the search for the new player. They are open to give Kye the spot full time if he balls out but it doesn't look like they're counting on it.

I blame groove. Groove seems like blade style coach where he wants all the control in team, otherwise who else decides to put elec on igl role? And also Shiro benched himself I also think because of groove's coach style because why shiro not give elec perf boombl and axile which is almost old navi a chance, BUT instead decide to join spirit who had two litteral super young players. Nobody in the world expected that donk would play like top 3 player right from his 1st tournament. Cuz who tf was chopper when he join spirit? He never won any t1 tournament, never even reached finals of a t1 trophy, while boombl4 major, grand slam winner. I think he leave cuz he lose faith in groove. Now electronic leave so abruptly that c9 cant even make it to esl pro league?? I think elec got sick of groove, and c9 not getting an awper, because I doubt igl like boombl4 who played with s1mple the GOAT would actually play without awper. I don't know why the CS scene keeps bringing Fallen back into these new projects again and again and again. This might piss people off, but there is a chance that Fallen's performance as an IGL in 2016-17 was a fluke. The only success he's ever had in a team, and the only time he's managed to win a tier 1 trophy was with the exact same roster while both he and his team hit an insane performance peak. He has failed with MIBR (like three times), he failed with liquid, he failed with Imperial and now he failed with Furia. He might have been a fantastic IGL for SK at that specific time, but it's clear his strategies and calls haven't translated well to the post-Astralis era of the game. Even if he is not officially the IGL of a team, it's obvious that a guy like him is going to play a role in how the team communicates and functions. The Brasilian scene puts too much emphasis on the old legends to a point that it doesn't give new players enough room to make their own game. It's too often that I'll see a promising team, just for them to bring in people like Coldzera, or Taco, people who've been playing at a fairly low level for better part of a decade now. To be fair, a lot of these teams were fairly underachieving regardless if these old players joining or not, with even Furia being an example, as they began to decline in performance WAAY before Fallen joined. However, I do still think that the emphasis placed on the old players by people like Gaules and the fans does put new players under a shadow of a foregone team, without ever giving them a chance to see the light. There are Brasilian players that UNIRONICALLY still think fallen is a top tier AWPer.

the beef was against mibr, fallen or fer called a nl (not live) after damage was done. furia continued playing and they won the round. fer and someonelse (not fallen, maybe fnx or something) said some terrible things about them on twitter. and furia was just saying that that issue the coaches were supposed to deal with, they just finished the round like the rules said and all. MIBR ended winning that game but they lost all the respect edit: the nl was not for a server crash, just a bit of lagged. but they could finish the round no problem.
