They are sold as Hobby blasters. I think they have exclusive parallels, but they look just like retail to be honest. Feels like it is just another money grab from Panini.

I don't understand how these are considered hobby and are much more expensive than retail where retail is a better product with more numbered cards....unless the print run is substantially lower making the green cracked ice much more valuable? Doesn't make sense to me. Nice hits though
