Tim!!! Been up watching you an the boys for the last year or so, I hear ya talk about losing weight an working out sometimes, I myself recently started a transformation after I just went through the hardest part of my life, a girl I thought I loved faked a pregnancy with twins for 9 months, long story short, I gained weight back that I had lost before cuz I was stressed an hurt. As of Christmas till now I went from 196 down to 181, trying for 170-175, eating healthy isn’t cheap an having to rebuilt from the ground up doesnt help, finally found my own place to live so I’m getting on the right track! Been walking 7 miles a day and doing 200 pushups! Any advice from you would be great! You an the boys cheer me the fuck up! Keep up the good work my friend❤️❤️ and thank you for the laughs!
