To be fair, my lambasting of American fascism over our weapons deal was FAR more censored than my going "hey look at Musk! Being arrested in Germany doesn't change the fact that 8billion dollars worth of weapons is sent to actually kill people, which doesn't inspire outrage but a hand gesture does. The hand gesture is not only a symbol of fascist bigotry, but the fact that folks feel so comfortable to do it so publicly AND to have so many people defend it INCLUDING the ADL instead of widespread condemnation, is a symbol that they can out and proud fascists instead of being cryptofascists like they have been. Both sides are of the same fascist coin. If you weren’t speaking out on Palestine or other violence this country has been involved in, you are only worried about the dog whistles being turned into bullhorns. You are a modern example of the “white moderate” that MLK was talking about.
