What typically is included in the net multiplier per employee? From the example question, an overhead multiplier of 1.4 and a profit multiplier of 1.1 added together is 2.5. Is there some other factor (or factors) that typically makes up that missing x1 multiplier to make the 3.5 net multiplier in the question?

You forgot the break even rate. OH + 1= Break even rate . So 1.4+1=2.4; 2.4+ 1.1= 3.5(the given net multiplier)

@@theepickle Base salary is always 1.0 in the multiplier.
