Forgot handheld Gaming PCs. They're growing ever year from budget Retro handhelds (running Linux/Android) to almost "desktop replacement" pcs - Steam Deck, Legion Go, Asus Rog Ally and others..

They exist, but they're extremely niche due to their appeal more or less being piracy and outside of that essentially having no game library.
