Fat soluble vitamins in excess can be harmful can causes vitamin toxicity or hypervitaminosis multivitamin with less power can be used and if possible get whole food based multivitamin derivatives or else pharmacy A-z or supradyn zincovit better to do it 3 months of and 1 month off have with fatty foods. Also looking for source and bioavailability of the molecule is important for absorbing like most of the multivitamin they use magnesium oxide know for its poor bioavailability also vitamin .C derived from corn poor half-life. My suggestion is do a complete blood work and suppliment with that individuals according to proper dosing and quality of molecule. Still want to take multivitamin get from the chemist the supradyn, A-Z. If money is not an issue: Get NFS approved supplements only.
