Beautiful exchange between Islam and Judaism. Very respectful to one another. We learned so much from this conversation. Thanks to David, Ali, and Shaykh Muhammad. The Shaykh asked excellent and logical questions. David didn't have answers for most of his questions, but David also helped us understand a few things about Judaism. Most important, David was not arrogant. Also, he is correct to mention the issue with the English language sometimes when it comes to Hebrew scriptures, and I would add Arabic as well. But, maa sha'Allah the Shaykh was able to demonstrate that when it comes to certains concepts, it doesn't matter what language you use. For ex. "Opression". I believe David displayed a good attitude, an attitude of someone willing to learn, and is interested in finding out more about Islam, and Shaykh Muhammad is the perfect person for that. Also, let not forget Ali's brief but brilliant contribution. Finally, I loved the hospitality, Ali offering drinks to the guest. MaashaAllah. Honestly, I think this is a good way to invite people to Islam. Congratulations to all!

@Uncertainty Eclipses "Christ said that to make him understand only God is good which again he is" -> well I guess you against jesus because jesus clearly said he is not good only God is good. conclusion? jesus is not good or jesus has sin (according to you) jesus is not God. Because only God is good. "Immanuel means God is with us. -> God with us doesn't mean "I'am the God or worship me only". You make a false assumption and against the word of jesus LOL.

I liked this but it's hard to hear David with the continuous interruptions. That being said, it was a decent conversation.

Sorry to say this Skeikh Mohammad, but I don't like your style. When speaking to non-Muslims or People of the Book, you need to listen more and give them respect even if you disagree, also always be humble. This is the first time I have seen your video so I am assuming you had too much coffee that day, which makes you a bit aggressive in your interrogation and you make conclusions very quickly.

Dear brothers please read the verse, it is a No visual perception can encompass Him, even though He encompasses all visual perception. He is the All-Subtle, the All-Aware.

Brother David, please be sincere. How can you say that you accept Moses as a prophet and then in the same breath can say that Moses can lie. So as Sheikh pointed out, going by your beliefs you cannot accept the reliability of anything in your scriptures to be true then.
@hanna3192 жыл бұрын
I don't see contradiction here... Moses was indeed a prophet of God, but he's still a human being.. and human beings can sin.

@@hanna319 This is an interesting point, I do believe Prophets can never intentionally(knowingly) tell a lie but at the same time it’s possible for a prophet to unintentionally tell a lie. If that makes sense.

Moses _can_ lie. He was human. Jesus was the only one on earth who died without sin. So if you’re going to believe anyone, you’d be better off with Jesus

A perfect example of coexistence. I always want to learn more about Judaism. And if we learn about other religions, we can understand their values systems to give them more space in our world view. That's an effective way to build confidence building measures and bring the hostility down and eventually achieve peace in our societies.

Logical faith, verily Allah has made it easy for us, all you have to be is sincere, Alhamdulilah for Islam, remember Allah forgives all.
