I think I know why Regina didn't shock Melvin when she was supposed to in order to save Daniel well that's because Melvin is still her brother Yeah he may have turned Evil and causing Evil schemes but he is still her brother she loves and cares for him not only that Melvin is her only family so it makes sense why Regina wouldn't just shock Melvin family comes first and the reason she jumped into the truck at the end was because she is proabbly going undercover as a pz member to gather some info about the Pod.
