I'll say, I've had some real issues with Nike quality control on a couple pairs of recent 1s. My Spiderverses came with smudges on the midsole I had to hit with shoe cleaner right out of the box. And one of my pairs of crimson tints came with the toebox smashed and creased at the lateral edge where the upper was connected to the midsole. Those went back to Nike.

Thanks for this video. I ordered My pair from StockX 2 weeks ago & my pair has inconsistencies & flaws similar to yours. 1 shoe the outer swoosh touches & the other doesn’t. They have “The smell “ and the stamp on the lid and on the sole under the insole. Yes there’s the qc stamps on legit pairs !! But since I didn’t get from Nike or TS website I’ll never know for sure. And I’ve also been thinking about doing the same thing once I verify this pair about getting a fake pair to rock and keeping my real pair on ice. I don’t support fakes but I paid resell 2 weeks ago & in my $ize 8 it’s already gone up nearly 300$ from what I paid & in this case I may just do it , the fakes are so good it’s scary and add to the drama of all these inconsistencies and flaws it’s even scarier !!!!
