I recommend not to buy any product from noice as they have the worst consumer services and products. I recently ordered noice 4 newly launched headphones. I found that the product box is already open, headphones have multiple scratches on it and it's adjustable part is also not working it is completely free. After filling a complaint on the same day, now they are telling me that they can't replaced it as there is not there fault.
