Well what I feel is that if you like an experience, if you are attached to an experience and if you want an experience, you can have it because consciousness is the field of infinite possibilities and you can modulate consciousness into any experience that you want but if you mistake the experience for reality then you are sacrificing yourself for the selfie, you are sacrificing the soul for illusionary matters.

So then what is the value of an experience? The value of an experience is first of all, you can knowing that you are the conceiver and the enjoy-er and the constructor and the governors and the director and the producer and the hero and the villain of all experiences. Once you know that then you can upgrade your experiences so you have a good life because life itself a continuum of experiences but life in reality is not continuum of experiences. Life in reality is that which conceives, governs, constructs and becomes those experience. So there is value in knowing an experience, enjoying an experience, be able to change your experience, be able to organize your experience and yet not be bound by it, not be imprisoned by experience. So that has immense value. That also called freedom or Moksha or freedom from karma, the conditioning of the mind. The mind is the filter, the veil that actually overshadows an infinite reality.

We are conscious in any given time in whatever we see feel or touch in the present moment. This is our normal state of being in presence. When in consciousness experiences happens after deep sleep.Watching images in specific times .Some are similar and some are different. Consciousness/soul is encased in the physical world for a time z There are those whose consciousness is aware of the Spiritual world's or dimensions.
