He clearly explained it in the beginning that nothing of intermediate things is halal. It is all Haram. He only tells that if they talk to understand each other for the reason of marriage Then that is not Haram. That talk. Kissing etc is Haram, indeed. No doubt he is an intellectual and very good scholar but he is not totally right on this matter, I've heard him several times saying the SOLE reason for prohibiting fornication and adultery is to form a family and save it from collapsing. Infact the main reason for its prohibition is it is immoral (ghaer akhlakhi amal) Allah/Islam stops us from everything which is against haya, having sex just for the sake of it with a person who is not your partner (husband/wife) is against haya.

(Sunan-ut-Tirmizi, vol. 4, pp. 67, Hadees 2172)

I bet this was not a question of anonymous but Ghamdi was bribed to give FITWA and GUMRAH Muslims especially those living in western society. I'm not a scholar of the subject but know with a dabbed knowledge in Islam that both parties of the union are asked in front of witnesses if they accept each other for NIKKAH (INTERCOURSE) while making a nikkah agreement. Anyone (he or she) can veto. No pressure is involved from either side. I would add that sexual understanding matters as well because it is an essential part of marriage life. For most, dating w/o sex alone is not enough for understanding each other. If one doesn't like the guidelines of Islam then he or she can leave Islam as Quran clearly says " there is no compulsion in the acceptance of this religion". Apropos @ 1:25, there is such a birth scheme of Allah (IMPOV) - A child can be born with or without wedlock. It is Allah who gives Risaq not Ghamdi.

Which hadees is this? Why no reference was given of this hadees? No number and not even the book of hadees is mentioned. According to this if the two non mehrams protect themselves from sex then everything else will not be considered wrong. How can this be allowed in Islam when Quran clearly asks believing men and women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity in Surah Nur Verse 30,31. His credibility is highly doubtful after this.
