Are rods the answer to the ultra lame Hakka?

Rods are the true counter to eagle runner knights. Such a weird unit that counters VERY specific otherwise hard to counter units

Rods needs a buff like retrieve +1 dmg. Although hopefully they were anti-infantry (like urumi), instead of eclipsing the Spanish "tercios" pikes.

Strelets are the true counter to Hakkas, especially once they get the Melee card. Give it a try, its actually fun watching the "cheapest" unit take something out like a Hakka

Such a cancer unit lol. The hakapelits now are what caroleans used to be. Sweden can never escape from being a monocomp civ where a single unit counters the whole game 😂😂

They need nefted to the ground. The Area of effect ranged attack is overpowered, that they can switch to melee and kill skims which fundamentally breaks the whole game's rock-paper-scissors-like combat system. They also move as fast as a dragoon which is op when they can just magically become hand cavalry as well as all their stupid upgrades. Your average player can't beat it. I've honestly stopped playing the game for the time being. It's too frustrating to play against. Although I do love watching Aoe3 more than I like playing it lol.

When you see Sweden just type 'Sweden you win!' and resign immediately. Its better than just quitting the game entirely, you aren't going to win or enjoy playing vs Sweden so why play? I'm surprised Lionheart is wiliing to even play against it, no one actually wants to play vs it.

I don't think hakkas are that OP. Never lost to just hakkas, I think the unit is cool and unique now. Only nerf I would be ok with is raise food cost by 10.
