Just have them sign prior to going taking them on as a client. If you visiting model home on your own, put your agent down on the registration. They will usually always ask if you have an agent.

Given the US’ very long history of “particularity” in wealth generation via homeownership, I’m almost paranoid I might make select a buyer’s agent who has the wrong motivations.

Hello Shadeedah, I need to sell a home in an another state. I inherited the house since my son deceased two months ago. The house is in Northern California. I live in Illinois & cannot afford to keep the property, living on Social Security income. Should I use an agent. The buyers agent he used when he bought the house has contacted me. I’m not sure if I need to use the same agent.

❤Love your videos! I'm planning to buy a new construction home in March and I'm considering DR Horton. I've visited the model home a few times and always speak with the same agent. Can I bring my own agent when I'm ready to buy, or do I need to use the DR Horton agent? Would I need to pay my agent out of pocket?

DR Horton has a lot of bad reviews. Please research before buying with them. Go watch some videos on youtube.

And if you do have your own agent, you supposed to take them with ypu to the new construction homes if that's what you're interested in always be represented

When you visit any new construction model homes they will usually ask you to register and they ask if you have an agent at that time, they will usually only pay an agent that is registered with you as their client.
