As a person with bipolar disorder, i can definitely say that this whole CB situation is worsening the symptoms because of barely living the house and less activities keep the mind undistracted from the negative thoughts and feelings. And i know that i'm not the only one experiencing this. We're all in this together.

I can totally relate to this. I have bipolar disorder too, and I've been stuck in a depressive episode since the start of CB. Doesn't help that most of my coping methods happen to be outdoors. But phase two is coming soon, hopefully that'll help stabilise our moods better! Hang in there :]
