Rabbit, squirrel, hare, gator, rattlesnake, crawfish, deer, elk, bison are all delicious. If you think rabbit is gamey, then I have no idea how it was cooked because it is the most consistently delicious meat I hunt for. You want any red meat to just barley be cooked. Very high temps, very quick on each side and it will be perfecto. The meat is better if you don't get it from a restaurant (those are farmed deer, elk, etc.). Tony, elk are acatually smaller than a moose. Moose are the largest deer species in in the world. All wild game meat is high protein/low fat meat. Kangaroo was delicious too.
