We really do need to atleast get closer to 35 -25 ! Still keeps the ball in Joe's hands more and much better balanced to keep the defense guessing!!

Don’t sleep on Moss, Williams and Brown. My take is they’re going with a different scheme at RB. I absolutely HATED them trading Mixon and I hope Mixon tears it up in Houston. I’m ever hopeful that we have a much better O line which will open up the entire Offense. Run and pass. My bro’s knock on Mix was blocking and that he didn’t break many tackles. My response is that he also NEVER fumbled.

Bengals will struggle again to run the ball and now they dont have Mixon. Taylor is not committed to running the ball. He still thinks he can win a SB by having Joe throw 35 or 40 times a game. Look at the Chiefs, look at the Ravens and 49ers, hell look at the Bills who werent going to make the playoffs until they changed OC and began to run the ball. Just because we have two gigantic tackles to protect Joe helps but we have no depth at guard to speak of and teams last year did not respect our running game and so Joe took a lot of hits (not necessarily sacks) but the outcome was predictable....he had a season ending injury. Taylor ignored the O line until things got so bad ( Joe getting sacked 70 times and his ACL injury directly related to an awful O line) he was forced to dive into free agency to try and plug the line holes. We sorely miss Samaje Perine who was a thumper that could get short yards without much good line play, block and receive passes. Who on the team can do that for us? This year we had 10 picks. We wasted a pick on a TE who likely wont play at all because of injury. We should have used that pick in the fourth round for at minimum another guard, RB or CB. ok maybe Dax Hill works out at corner so that leaves guard and RB. Do they think Evans, Moss, Williams and Brown can do what we need at RB? ok maybe they tweak the offense and use one of our FIVE TE's as a fullback/Hback. But we better hope the guards and center stay healthy otherwise we could be playing a rookie at center and moving Karas to guard because our guard depth is awful. O

Absolutely on using one the TE’s as a fullback. My guess is they never had one they could feel confident in to not spit the bit in the scrum.

I hope this works because if it doesn't I hated cutting Mixon after he had 3 awesome seasons. Blocking? He cant block when they put him out on the edge or have him run to the markers each down when he doesn't run HAHAHAH That number was STUPID.... How can he block when he is a receiver? Other than that, he was RUNNING!!! HAHAHA Be honest here.... I can see Mixon having a career year this season. You all know if Borrow didn't get hurt, Mixon's numbers would have been even better.... This move was not smart... BUT PROVE ME WRONG.... We'll See!!! Remember Mixon never fumbled..... Lets hope this new guy don't.... In fact there is videos of the last few seasons highlight where you can see Mixon blocking every time he was close to a rusher he blocked them... SO what's up with that???

Usually when you do not fill a position you need to it comes back to haunt them at some point. Other teams are still running the ball and the Bengals are heading the wrong direction in balancing their offensive play calls.
